Tender and lean hanger beef in miso marinade. Chicken thigh pre-marinated w/ sweet garlic soy sauce. Sweet and spicy, ribeye.

BBQ SET B - Bistro Hanger Steak* (GF), Garlic Shoyu Chicken Thigh* (GF), Spicy Pork* (GF)

Tender and lean hanger beef in miso marinade. Chicken thigh pre-marinated w/ sweet garlic soy sauce. Spicy Jalapeño Miso pork shoulder.

BBQ SET C - Bistro Hanger Steak* (GF), Chicken Basil or Teriyaki* (GF), Garlic Shrimp* (GF)

Tender and lean hanger beef in miso marinade. Choice chicken breast slices marinated in basil or teriyaki. Popular jumbo shrimp BBQ seafood dish.

Shishito peppers drizzled with soy sauce and sprinkled sesame to grill.

Steamed Broccoli drizzled with our White Soy Shio marinade and butter set to steam on our grill.

Classic campfire s’mores. Graham crackers, milk chocolate, and marshmallow. Roast the marshmallows over the grill!
