A handcrafted selection of plant-based steamed dumplings, each offering a unique flavor and texture: Vegan Fun Guo – A savory blend of mushrooms, water chestnuts, and peanuts wrapped in a chewy, translucent rice flour skin. Cordyceps Flower Dumpling – Earthy and aromatic, filled with cordyceps flower, tofu, and shredded vegetables. Baos Choose Two- Char Siu Bao
