Pan Seared and finsihed with a Japanese style teriyaki sauce.
6 oz Rosewood Premier Texas Wagyu
Locally raised Rosewood Wagyu is incredibly marbled and cooked to perfection.
Murakami Roll ( Maki )
A5 wagyu, king crab and Osetra caviar with 24k gold flakes to top
8 oz Saikyo Chilean Sea Bass
Miso marinated, then roasted to perfection and served with a miso beurre blanc
8 oz Guld Red Snapper
Pan seared and served with a Thai coconut beurre blanc
