Second Course
Redfish Lafayette
Blackened redfish filet served over dirty rice, topped with Lafayette sauce and crawfish tails. Served with four bacon-wrapped shrimp glazed with our Sweet Heat sauce.
Tenderloin Beef Tips
6 oz. tenderloin beef tips with grilled onions and Portobello mushroom slices, topped with chimichurri. Served with mashed potatoes and peppered green beans.
Citizens Chicken
Blackened chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and goat cheese, topped with a lemon butter wine sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Third Course
New Orleans Bread Pudding
Iconic New Orleans–inspired bread pudding, smothered in our house-made pecan praline sauce. Served as an individual portion for Houston Restaurant Weeks.
Summer Berry Tart
A buttery tart shell filled with vanilla bean pastry cream and topped with macerated summer berries. Presented as a personal sized tart for Houston Restaurant Weeks.
Six-Layer Chocolate Cake
Our award-winning chocolate cake! Six indulgent layers of rich, moist chocolate with decadent frosting in every bite. Served as an individual slice for Houston Restaurant Weeks.
