Baby Back Ribs
Twelve hour baby back ribs, finished over an open flame and slathering in bbq, served with hand-cut fries and house slaw.
Grilled Salmon Plate
Salmon filet, grilled with the skin on, served with seasonal veggies and a ginger-hazelnut vinaigrette.
Rosemary Roasted Chicken
Overnight marinated half chicken, roasted over sauteed orzo pasta with spinach and mushrooms.
Third Course
Butter Cake
Gooey butter cake, whipped cream and strawberries.
Key Lime Tart
Made fresh to order, topped with berries and merengue.
Peach Crumble
Our delicious crumble with a cinnamon-pecan crumble.
