As a part of your first course, you can visit the Market Table, a colorful palate of fresh and flavorful ingredients inspired by Brazilian farmlands & recipes that are traditional & natural staples of Southern Brazilian cuisine. Features include fresh salads, exotic vegetables, and more.
Feijoada Bar
As a part of your first course, you can visit our Fogo feijoada bar, featuring our traditional black bean stew with sausage served over rice.
Seasonal Recipes
We seasonally refresh our recipes on the market table to use the freshest ingredients of the season, including Seasonal Hummus, seasonal soups.
Second Course
Picanha
The second course includes continuous tableside service of fire-roasted meats like Picanha, the prime part of the top serloin.
Alcatra
The second course includes continuous tableside service of fire-roasted meats like Alcatra (Top Sirloin).
Fraldinha
