Seasoned Oxtail mixed with a risotto comprised of rice, pigeon peas and mozzarella then breaded, fried and topped with a cilantro aioli.

Crispy Pork Belly Ceviche

Crispy pork belly pieces, croquettes of cassava, cassava pearls, sweet potato cubes, onions and cilantro in a bath of citrus juice.

Second Course

Oxtail

Dominican stewed oxtail with rice & pigeon peas and crispy sweet plantains.

Roasted Pork Shoulder

Caribbean style slow cooked roasted pork in our house marinade topped with fried leeks with a side of chimichurri sauce & house demi glaze accompanied by rice & pigeon peas and sweet plantains.

Stuffed Cassava

Garlic & fresh herbs pressed cassava stuffed with chicken & mozzarella cheese and topped with house creole sauce.

Third Course

Coconut Tres Leches Cake

Homemade tres leches cake with coconut shavings served on a globe of mini cubed ice pieces accompanied by wild berries.

Corn Flan

Homemade flan/custard made with roasted corn puree topped with caramelized baby corn.

Warm Brownie Tree
