First Course

Shrimp Cocktail (GF)

6 large (21/25) Gulf shrimp and cocktail sauce, served in a chilled martini glass.

Gulf Coast Seafood Gumbo

Cup of dark roux-based soup with gulf shrimp, blue crab claw meat and oysters.

Wedge Salad (GF) (VG)

Crumbled bleu cheese & balsamic vinaigrette, crisp iceburg lettuce, chopped tomatoes, green onion & bacon.

Poblano Soup

Cup of a creamy blend of roasted poblano peppers, jumbo lump crabmeat, Monterey Jack & cheddar cheeses and homemade tortilla strips.

Oysters on the Half Shell (subject to availability) (GF)

6 fresh shucked gulf oysters served with cocktail sauce & the best Horseradish in Houston.

Corn and Crab Bisque

A creamy blend of fresh cut sweet corn & jumbo lump crabmeat topped with fresh cut green onion.

Second Course

Salmon Bianca * (GF)

8 oz salmon filet rubbed with rosemary & thyme grilled over oak and hickory, topped w/ Bianca sauce. Served with garlic parmesan toast & asparagus.

Beef Filet *

8 oz. USDA certified beef grilled to order over oak & hickory Served with asparagus. (Add jumbo lump crab saute topping $10).

Crab Madison (GF)

A baked delight of jumbo lump crabmeat and green onion sautéed in garlic butter and seasonings topped with parmesan cheese. Served with garlic parmesan toast.

Pasta Jardin (V) (VG)

Fettuccini or angel hair pasta topped with Alfredo or mainara sauce & grilled veggies. Served w/ garlic parmesan toast.

Fried Shrimp or Oyster Platter

6 (21/25) gulf shrimp or 8 (depending on size) gulf oysters fried in peanut oil. Served w/onion rings. (Combo platter of 4 shrimp & 6 oysters +$10).

Red Snapper (GF)

Fresh gulf red snapper grilled over oak and hickory. Served with green beans. (Add Kyle's Crab Topping + $20; or lemon butter caper sauce + $5).

Third Course

Texas Style White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Toasted french bread, heavy cream, eggs and white chocolate, topped with housemade white chocolate sauce.

Key Lime Pie

Light custard-style pie with a slightly tart lime flavor made with key lime juice, egg yolks and condensed milk. Served on our famous graham cracker crust.

Creme Brulee

Sweet creamy custard made from sugar, egg yolk, heavy cream, hazelnut syrup and vanilla. Topped with raw sugar and toasted with an open flame until the sugar caramelizes. (Add fresh berries of the day +$3).

Pecan Ball with Chocolate Sauce

Scoop of Blue Bell vanilla rolled in pecans and drizzled with housmade chocolate sauce. (Add fresh berries of the day +$3).

Crisp romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and croutons tossed with house made Caesar dressing. (Add 2 cold or hot boiled shrimp or grilled chicken +$6).

Second Course

Eggs Benedict Boudin

2 house made boudin patties on toasted English muffins topped w/poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce & crispy bacon bits. (Add a side of poblano cheese grits +$6).

Migas

Scrambled eggs with fresh cut tomatoes, yellow & green onions, cheese, jalapenos, & tortillla chips served w/ salsa fresca and corn tortillas.

French Toast

Texas toast dipped in batter, pan sauteed & topped with fresh fruit. Served with 2 slices of bacon.

Oyster, Shrimp or Fish Tacos

2 (fried or grilled) oysters, shrimp or redfish tacos with cabbage, pico de gallo & salsa fresco, served with black beans& rice.

Stuffed Shrimp

2 (fried or broiled) butterflied large gulf shrimp stuffed with our blue crab stuffing, served with garlic parmesan toast and house rice.

Kyle's Crab Salad (GF,V)

Romaine & baby spinach tossed with garlic remoulade sauce, topped w/bacon, diced tomatoes, jumbo lump crabmeat & fried sweet potato strings. (Add garlic parmesan toast +$6).

Shrimp and Grits Montrose (GF)

(21/25) gulf shrimp wrapped in bacon over poblano cheese grits. (Add 2 boudin balls +$6).

Coquilles Saint-Jacques Enroulees de Bacon (GF)

2 large scallops wrapped in bacon served on 2 blue claw crab meat patties topped with Hollandaise sauce. (Add a side of poblano cheese grits +$6).

Bailey's Salmon Salad (GF, V)

Grilled salmon on a bed of field greens with blueberries, pecans, bleu cheese crumbles and vinaigrette dressing.

L' omelette Aux Crevettes (GF)

Shrimp omelette filled with sauteed shrimp, red & green bell peppers, onions, cheddar and monterrey jack cheese. (Add jumbo lump crabmeat $8).
