Artisanal cheeses and meats served with crackers and Messina Hof Gourmet Jam and Spicy German Mustard with Riesling.
Second Course
Vegetable Gnocchi
Gnocchi with roasted mushrooms, spinach, caramelized onions, tomato, peas, and garlic in a Merlot marinara sauce. Topped with basil.
Braised Short Rib
Short rib served over garlic mashed potatoes with carrots and Merlot demi-glace.
Bone-In Pork Chops
Two 7 oz bone-in pork chops with a brown sugar mustard Riesling glaze. Served with crispy bacon Brussels sprouts.
Crab-Topped Salmon
Pan-seared salmon topped with crabmeat and Sémillon Bianco sauce. Served with Trebbiano risotto and asparagus.
Chicken Piccata
Chicken breast coated in a lemon piccata sauce. Served with mushroom risotto and asparagus.
Third Course
Cheesecake & Berry Compote
Cheesecake topped with berry compote soaked in Messina Hof's sweet red Emblaze wine.
Chocolate Chip Cookies & Ice Cream
Three chocolate chip cookies served with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with Papa Paulo Port fudge sauce.
Peach Bread Pudding
Cinnamon bread pudding made with Angel Riesling candied peaches and topped with vanilla ice cream. Served warm.
