Prosciutto & Burrata - Prosciutto over burrata cheese and fig jam, and topped with arugula and Calabrian Pepperoncini. Caprese - Mozzarella, tomato, and sweet basil marinated in olive oil. Smoked Salmon & Avocado - Smoked salmon over Boursin cheese topped with fresh avocado, dill, and cappers.

Second Course
ITALIAN CHOPPED SALAD WRAP
Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, salami, turkey, ham, tomato, cucumber, pepperoncini, red onion, chickpeas, romaine and iceberg lettuce topped with homemade Italian dressing and wrapped in a spinach tortilla.
FRENCH ONION MEATLOAF
A savory twist on a comfort classic—juicy meatloaf infused with the rich flavors of French onion soup, topped with melted mozzarella and caramelized onions. Finished with a white wine sauce and served with two crostini.
BRISKET RIGATONI & CHEESE
Jack Daniels marinated brisket with rigatoni pasta tossed in smoked Gouda and topped with crispy onion strings.
THREE CHEESE LEMON & BASIL
Thinly sliced candied lemon with red onion, mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan on our homemade flatbread brushed with lemon syrup, garlic oil, and seasoned with oregano, basil, and thyme.

Our signature french fries tossed in a roasted garlic chili sauce, loaded with grated Parmesan, then topped with Caesar dressing and chopped parsley.

Two eggs, bacon or sausage, with your choice of grits or breakfast potatoes, served with a buttermilk biscuit.
