Fried chicken wings coated in a gluten-free Asian-inspired batter, tossed in a bright citrus dry rub.

MINI FLAUTAS SUIZAS

Shredded chicken and a melty cheese blend rolled in mini tortillas, fried until crispy, and garnished with cilantro and spicy pickled red onions.

PULLED PORK CHEESE EMPANADAS

Smoked pulled pork mixed with a special blend of cheeses, fried, and served with a spicy BBQ dipping sauce.

Second Course

TEJAS MARGHERITA PIZZA

House-made marinara, mozzarella, Parmigiano-Reggiano, queso fresco, and fresh basil on a hand-tossed crust.

CLASSIC SMASH BURGER SLIDER

Double smash-style beef patties with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and secret sauce on a toasted brioche bun. Served with fries.

CHORI PAPA

Loaded fries topped with grilled peppers, onions, and Kiolbassa all-beef smoked sausage, drizzled with mayo, ketchup, mustard, and house green sauce.

CRISPY BUFFALO PO’BOY

Choice of fried chicken or mushrooms tossed in buffalo sauce, served on a hoagie roll with spicy mayo, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Served with fries
