Pan fried Chive pancake and served with spicy black soy sauce.
Curry Puff
Thai pastry stuffed with chicken, potatoes, onions and curry powder served with cucumber sauce.
Second Course
Tamarind Fish
Batter-fried fish fillets, tossed in tamarind sauce, topped with fried onions, chilies and cilantro. Served with steamed broccoli. (Not available for other protein substitute). SERVED WITH STEAMED JASMINE RICE.
Seafood Chili Basil
Stir-fried fresh basil with seafood, carrots, bell peppers, green beans, onions and mushrooms in basil sauce. SERVED WITH STEAMED JASMINE RICE.
Roasted Duck Curry
Roasted duck prepared with red curry paste, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, tomatoes and basil (Not available for other protein substitute). SERVED WITH STEAMED JASMINE RICE.
