Fresh shrimp, crab, and lobster layered into fresh pasta sheets, baked then topped with pesto cream and house made lobster bisque

Australian Lamb Chops

Chef Frank’s Award-Winning Australian rack of lamb, grilled and topped with a blueberry, jalapeno and mint demi reduction served with fresh vegetables and roasted potatoes
