Ciabatta style bread with marinated cherry tomatoes, balsamic reduction, and olive oil
Second Course
Chorizo al Vino
Spanish Chorizo, habanero dressing, roasted pepper sauce, vermouth Spanish Olives.
Drunken Mussels and Clams
Your choice of mussels and/or clams, vodka, lemon puree, and crostini.
Octopus
Braised octopus tentacles, charred pineapple and onions, cauliflower purée, spicy paprika
Rainbow Carrots (vegetarian)
Roasted rainbow carrots, mint yogurt, “soil”, dukkah.
Third Course
Paella Del Mar
Shrimp, lobster, octopus, mussels, scallops, sofrito, saffron infused bomba rice.
Paella Del Bosque (vegan)
Baby bok choy, fava beans, mushrooms, bell pepper, sweet peas, sofrito, saffron infused rice, sesame aioli.
Ribeye
15 oz. Ribeye, sautéed mushroom, Barcelona’s apple steak sauce, served with fried marble potatoes
Salmon Filet
Blackened salmon filet, wild rice with smoked lentils, sautéed snow peas, lemon butter sauce.
Fourth Course
Olive Oil Cake
Sponge olive oil cake, lemon zest, Maldon salt, vanilla ice cream.
Tarta de Queso Maracuya
House made cheesecake with house made passion fruit.
Crema Catalana
Orange, lemon, cinnamon infused milk custard and a crisp caramel crust on top.
Vegan Coffee S'mores (vegan)
Coffee and chocolate mousse, graham crackers, vegan marshmallows.
