Cardomom crusted red fish with cannelloni beans in a smoked pepper broth, roasted portabello and fried leeks

Herb crusted Salmon - seasonal vegetables and a sun dried tomato vinaigrette

Braised Short Rib

Slow roasted short rib with brie gnocchi and bordelaise sauce
