GF Corn chips served with salsa casera, salsa cremosa, and bean dip (pinto beans, cashew and roasted mountain chile)

3 Vegan chorizo stuffed empanadas served with chimichurri for dipping

Second Course

Birria Tacos

(3) GF corn tortillas stuffed with vegan mozzarella served with a side of barbacoa & our very own consomme (for dunking)! Comes with your choice of spanish or cilantro corn rice.

Pulled Pork Burger

Fresh artisan bun slathered with chipotle mayo stuffed with bbq jackfruit, crispy onion, sour pickles and coleslaw. Paired with made-in-house french fries.

Birria Ramen

Ramen in our boiling birria broth topped with tofu squares, soy chunks, green onion, leeks & tortilla strips. Served with 2 mini quesadillas!

Third Course

Flan

Traditional custard made of rice & coconut milk, cinnamon and cane sugar

Capirotada

Slices of artisan bread smothered in agave; dashed with cinnamon - topped with strawberry & finished off with powdered sugar. Our version of french toast!

Arroz con Leche

(3) flaky flour shells stuffed with our made in house arroz con leche, topped with raisins & a dash of cinnamon. HEAVEN
