First Course

Rice

A delicious bowl of rice.

Zhong Dumpling (pork)

8 moon-shaped pork filling dumplings with sweet soy sauce, chili oil, sprinkled with green onion and sesame.

Mung Bean Jelly Noodles

Mung bean-clear noodles topped with chili oil, peanut, and black vinegar. (non-removable)

Second Course

Toothpick Lamb with Cumin

Fried mutton shoulder cubes pierced with toothpicks, sautéed with dried chiles, cumin, and topped with cilantro.

Kung Pao Chicken

Sweet and sour fried chicken cube stir-fried with peanuts, and dried chilies.

Sautéed Beef with Onion

Tender beef slices stir-fried with onion strings.

Third Course

Ice Jelly

The beige-colored transparent jelly with Jiuniang (sweet fermented rice), green raisin, sesame, crushed peanut, brown sugar, and hawthorn flakes. May require for topping removal.

Sweet Potato Sesame Balls

6 pieces of sweet potato glutinous rice balls covered with sesame seeds, deep-fried to a crispy texture with red bean paste filling.

Pumpkin Pie

Kabocha Squash paste mixed with panko and scratch deep fried to perfection.
