Second Course
Jerk Salmon
7oz wild caught salmon filet marinated in our homemade jerk seasoning and topped with a Jamaican inspired dark rum glaze. Served over a bed of Caribbean style rice and spicy green beans.
Reverse Chicken Parmesan
Butterflied Chicken Breast stuffed with Italian herbs and cream cheese. Tossed in seasoned bread crumbs and deep-fried. Served over a bed of angel hair with specially made 8th Wonder Vodka Sauce
Bayou Cream Chicken
Blackened chicken breast smothered with our house-made crab & bacon cream sauce, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and roasted fingerling potatoes.
Scallops & Risotto
Bacon Wrapped Scallops served with a warm sweet corn & crab risotto tossed with sweet peppers and spinach. Plated over a bed of sweet corn pureè; accompanied with grilled asparagus.
Filet Mignon
8 ounce filet mignon paired with garlic roasted mashed potatoes, and chargrilled parmesan asparagus. Choose of one our signature steak sauces to make the perfect combination.
Korean Inspired Sea Bass
7oz Chilean Sea Bass filet served over a bed of steamed jasmine rice and glazed with a Korean style chili sauce, accompanied with stir fried bok choy.
Third Course
Raspberry Lemon Drop
Yellow sponge cake is layered with lemon mousse and thick raspberry preserves and finished with a bright lemon glaze and mini white chocolate curls
Molten Lava Cake
A deliciously soft chocolate cake is filled with rich and silky ganache. Served with vanilla ice cream and housemade salted caramel drizzle.
Tiramisu
Layers of yellow cake soaked in coffee and dark rum and are sandwiched with a light mascarpone mousse and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder and a chocolate covered espresso bean
Peanut Butter Explosion
A dynamite combination of fudge brownies, velvety smooth peanut butter mousse and chocolate cake is topped with brownie chunks and peanut butter chips.
