Dates stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in bacon
Salmon mousee
Fresh salmon mixed with cream cheese and herbs
Pitakia
Small phyllo packed stuffed with feta, cream cheese and spinach.
Second Course
Mushroom Ravioli with pork Scallopini
Fresh mushroom and cheese stuffed ravioli, cooked with thin slices of marinated pork tenderloin, covered in herb cream sauce.
Swedish meat balls with mash potatoes and gravy
Small meatballs served with creamy mash potatoes , gravy and side salad.
Hungarian Goulash
Sliced beef cooked to perfection, with paprika and vegetable. Served with mash potatoes topped with in house smoked bacon and crunchy side salad.
Third Course
Apple strudel
Austrian strudel, wrapped in phyllo Doug stuffed with green apples with raisin
Pavlova with berries
Vanilla meringue topped with whipped cream and fresh berries
Kransekake
Almond paste dipped in chocolate.

Butter toasted sourdough bread topped with avocado, feta, pesto a fried egg.
Grandma Ham pie
Golden puff pastry , stuffed with sliced ham, mushrooms, onions and cream cheese. Served with crunchy side salad.
Baby taste of Copenhagen
Small tasting board. Bacon wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese, salmon mousse, Taramo salata, kale pesto served with small crunchy side salad and crackers.
Second Course
Danish apple cake
Green sour apples cooked with vanilla , layer with crunchy sugar breadcrumbs , topped with whipped cream.
