Lamb Ossobuco

14oz all natural lamb shank braised for 3 hours in a tannat & pomodoro reduction sauce, served w/polenta.

Pork Churrasquito

Berkshire pork tenderloin butterfly marinated w/chimichurri sauce from our woodburning grill, served w/dijon mustard & honey sauce served w/carnival potatoes.

Wagyu Ossobuco

RC Ranch wagyu ossobuco cooked for 3 hours served w/malbec & tomato reduction sauce on a bed of polenta.

Milanesa Napolitana

Beef Tenderloin breaded fried topped gratined w/ham, mozzarella, peas, tomato sauce, basil, served w/steak fries or rusa salad.(you can choose between beef, chicken or pork).

Chicken Brochettes

2 chicken brochettes from our woodburning grill, mix w/bell pepper, onions & served w/arroz w/rajas (roasted fennel, bell peppers, carrots & peas).Also you can pick Beef, Seafood or Pork Options.

Flautas Vegetarian

Mini flautas home made stuffed Julianne's vegetables & mashed potatoes topped w/avocado mousse, sour cream, feta cheese, salsa criolla, lettuce & red radish. (Also you have other options, short ribs, chicken).
