Second Course

Caprese Torta

Mexican inspired Vegetarian sandwich. It features mozzarella, fresh basil, freshly sliced tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette.

Chicken Chipotle Torta

Mexican inspired sandwich. It features Chipotle mayo, grilled chicken, cheese, and freshly sliced tomatoes.

Quesadilla

*Option of Chicken or Chorizo protein*. Grilled chicken chihuahua cheese, & pico de gallo. Accompanied by sour cream and salsa verde.

Third Course

Strawberry Tart

Mexican style tart with sweet custard and fresh strawberry topping.

Mixed Fruit Tart
