6 oz filet mignon with fried or grilled shrimp.

BLACKENED REDFISH

Grilled shrimp, crawfish, and a lemon butter sauce.

Third Course

APPLE PIE A LA MODE

Salted caramel sauce.

Strawberry and white chocolate sauce.
