6 oz filet mignon with fried or grilled shrimp.

Grilled shrimp, crawfish, and a lemon butter sauce.

Third Course

APPLE PIE A LA MODE

Salted caramel sauce.

CHEESECAKE

Strawberry and white chocolate sauce.

CARROT CAKE

Cream cheese frosting.
