Polpette in Padella
Grass fed beef meatballs skillet in a sun dried tomato marinara sauce
Second Course
The Wheel Gumbo
a twist of the traditional gumbo, made with cod, shrimp and sausage, blend go grains and Okra with side of homemade corn bread *spicy
Curried Lamb Stew
Apricot and Almond marinated lamb slowly cooked in curry sauce, with side of coconut white jasmine rice
Los Tacos
two homemade tortillas filled with braised pork, pickled onion, salsa verde on the side
Braised Wagyu Short Ribs
Red Wine braised local Wagyu Short Rib beef over peppered polenta

Raspberry Tres Leches
