An Indonesian inspired dish of Free-range chicken breast, pan seared and smothered with spicy Rendang marinade, lime leaf fried rice, and crispy garlic *GF
Falcon Lake Farms Pork Chop (10oz.)
Molasses cured and roasted jumbo pork chop from Katy, Tx. with andouille sausage braised black eyed peas. Topped with a warm apple compote and crispy onion strings *GF
Cast Iron Ribeye Steak (8 oz.)
Certified Angus beef Ribeye steak with a hash of roasted sweet Jimmy Nordello peppers, fingerling potatoes, onions, and garlic. Drizzled with a sauce of red wine and sherry beef jus +$6 supplement please *GF
